Viewing Switch Configuration Information

You can view configuration information about the switch, and backup or restore switch configuration as necessary. You can also view the difference between two configuration files.

1. From the left pane, select Switches.
   The ICX Switches page appears.
2. Select the switch and then the Backup & Restore tab.

   The following information about the selected configuration file is displayed in the Backup & Restore tab:

   • Name: displays the name of the configuration file
   • Date and Time: displays the time when the file was created
   • Type: displays whether the configuration was created scheduled or on demand
   • Switch: displays the model number of the switch
   • Status: displays whether the configuration was successful or failed
   • Config Restore: displays whether the configuration fo the selected switch was restored

   To view the difference between two configuration files, select the fields and click Config Diff. A Switch Config Diff page appears displaying the difference between both files.

   To delete a configuration file, select it and click Delete.
