Enabling an ICX Device to be Managed by SmartZone

There are two ways to make an ICX device aware of the SmartZone's IP address. One is using DHCP option 43, and the other is using manual configuration via ICX commands. Both of these methods can be used for new switches with no configuration and for switches with existing configuration.
