Setting Global Notifications
Notifications are integrated with existing alarms. Hence, they are displayed only when a notification alarm exists and which is not acknowledged by the administrator. Notifications can be viewed from the Content area. Administrators can acknowledge the notification by either:
- Clear the alarm
- Acknowledge the Alarm

Alarm severity are of three types:
- Minor
- Major
- Critical
The adminstrator can change the alarm severity shown on the dashboard. To do so:
- From the Notifications area, Click the Setting
button. The Settings - Global Notification form appears.
- From the Lowest alarm severity drop-dpown, select the required severity level.
- Click OK. Notifications corresponding to the selected alarm severity and severity above it are displayed in the Notification area of the Dashboard.
