The following caveats and limitations should be considered before deploying a Facebook Wi-Fi (or
other social media) WLAN:
- You can create a maximum of four Social Media WLANs.
- Users must launch a browser to trigger the Facebook authentication.
- Invalid users are determined by Facebook. Unleashed queries facebook.com once every five
minutes to verify the authentication status of all currently connected users. If an invalid
response is received, the end user will be deleted within five minutes. If Unleashed fails to
receive a response, it will re-send the request four times. If there is no response after five
requests, Unleashed will delete the related stations.
