Enabling relay agent echo (option 82)

Complete the following steps to activate DHCP option 82.

This option enables the DHCP server to echo relay agent information in all replies.

Enter global configuration mode by issuing the configure terminal command.

Activate DHCP option 82.

device(config)# ip dhcp-server relay-agent-echo enable
